Job summary

Advanced Systems Group is seeking a Data Operations Engineer to support our live-streaming and commerce data team in Culver City, CA. The role focuses on Airtable systems, API integrations, and cross-source data reliability rather than traditional software or data engineering.

You will work with the Senior Data Operations Architect and a full tech team to maintain and grow the operational data backbone, testing, troubleshooting, and building dashboards as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience with data engineering, SQL, data modeling, or cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable systems at scale.
• Experience integrating Airtable or similar tools with other systems via API.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to test, break, and fix connections.
• Curiosity about how businesses work with financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage the team's Airtable environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot API connections between Salesforce, Coupa, and internal AWS finance tools.
• Assist with automated reporting by tying financial, moderation, and production data to a central identifier.
• Build and support dashboards and executive reports to track efficiency and performance.
• Test and validate new integrations before launch and fix issues on demand.
• Be onsite in Culver City for daily support and escalate complex issues to the Senior Data Operations Architect.
• Maintain data standards, naming conventions, and system documentation as we scale.
