Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Data Integration & Enablement in Salt Lake City, onsite. Contract role requiring 2 years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

You will help build a trusted data foundation for reporting and analytics across enterprise systems. You will work with modern data platforms and tooling such as Databricks, dbt, and Google Cloud Platform, driving data quality, lineage, and governance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, CS, IS, business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, integration, BI, or related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, joins, aggregations, data profiling and validation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and translate into data integration and analytics requirements.
• Analyze source systems with SQL to identify data relationships and quality issues.
• Define source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, metadata, and data lineage.
• Support data warehouses, data lakes, data mesh, and data stores initiatives.
• Develop and execute data validation, reconciliation, testing, and QA processes.
• Build automated data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues.
• Support data governance, documentation, and lineage management.
