Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Student Associate – Business Analyst to support the Thermoforming leadership team with data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will help develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to organize information in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting for key Thermoforming initiatives and projects.
• Perform data analysis and reconciliation across internal systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to organize, present business information for leadership reviews.
• Assist cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information and track milestones.
