Tailored Management is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a fully onsite role in Dallas, TX. The position requires high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy, 40 WPM typing, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You must maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines and meet deadlines. We offer a 12-month contract, start ASAP, $18.31/hour on W-2, weekly pay, and potential extension or conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with results listed on resume.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Skype for Business.
• Ability to process complex data entry tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Review, interpret, and process information per procedures and client instructions.
• Navigate multiple systems and follow complex instructions independently.
