Kelly Services is hiring Data Entry Operators to support a large-scale document digitization project for U.S. Bank in Portland, OR.

This long-term temporary assignment is expected to continue through the end of 2027 and offers the opportunity to work in a structured, fast-paced production environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of data entry, clerical, administrative, or item processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate transaction data with high accuracy.
• Achieve 8,500 keystrokes per hour or 55+ WPM with ≤1% error.
• Perform 10-key by touch data entry.
• Review information from lead tickets, extraction tickets, vouchers, checks and OCR data.
• Maintain knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
