Job summary

Kelly is hiring Data Entry Operator I to support a banking document digitization project in Portland, OR. You will enter and validate transaction data in a fast-paced production environment under supervision.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of data entry or clerical experience; strong typing, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of data entry, clerical, administrative, or item processing work.
• Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate transaction data with high accuracy.
• Achieve a minimum of 8,500 keystrokes per hour or 55+ WPM with a 1% or less error rate.
• Perform 10-key data entry.
• Review and verify information from lead tickets, extraction tickets, vouchers, checks, and OCR-generated data.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and bank personnel.
