Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an Onsite Technical Lead for Data Engineering in Tempe, AZ. You will co-manage production support, oversee ADM delivery, and own Snowflake-based data pipelines.

The role requires 8–12 years of data engineering experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and proven client-facing delivery in an onsite setting. Four days in office per week with active collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Data Engineering or related delivery roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on Python and advanced SQL skills; production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and incident management.
• Experience with AWS services and Power BI datasets; strong Git/CI/CD knowledge.
• Proven client-facing or onsite delivery experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite lead, bridging client and offshore delivery teams.
• Lead production support ops, incident triage, data validation, and SLA adherence.
• Design and develop Snowflake-based data solutions and ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Develop and manage Airflow workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Create Power BI-ready data models and analytics datasets; support executive reporting.
• Coordinate stand-ups and communications; manage offshore context and expectations.
