Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center / IT operations.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with server hardware components and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with copper/fiber cabling and connectivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.
• Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing cabling.
• Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following procedures.
• Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting with SLA focus.
• Document maintenance activities and inventory updates in tracking systems.
• Conduct basic diagnostics and identify hardware or connectivity issues.
• Work rotating shifts or on-call to support 24/7 operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and teams.
