Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in Columbus, Ohio. The role leads large data-center electronic security installation projects onsite daily.

You will oversee financials, schedule, procurement, and coordination with general contractors and multiple trades, while ensuring safety and timely delivery. This is a leadership-focused role with growth opportunities within a 75-year-old engineering leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 7+ years of experience or 5+ years with a MS.
• Proven PM experience on construction projects with multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial management of the project.
• Ensure on-time project completion and coordinate kickoff meetings.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower; order materials and equipment.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, and monthly budget reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and enforce safety regulations.
• Coordinate with general contractor and other trades.
