Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring an on-site Construction Commissioning/Quality Project Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead QA/QC for a hyperscale data center. The role focuses on commissioning, owner representation, and managing complex construction deliverables from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of commissioning/quality control experience on large facilities, with relocation assistance available and an on-site work arrangement in Cedar Rapids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in commissioning and quality control on complex projects (hospitals, labs, large commercial/buildings, power plants).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide Owner's Representation (OR) and Project Management (PM) services.
• Manage all Quality and Commissioning reporting for project delivery.
• Facilitate inspections to meet schedule and standards.
• Review QA/QC plans for conformance with owner requirements.
• Assist with development of testing/inspection procedures.
• Lead commissioning meetings to resolve conflicts and ensure specs.
• Assist with punch lists, RFIs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with integrators to meet QA/QC requirements.
• Provide pre-construction inspections and status updates.
