Qualifications

• 5–10 years on-site construction trades experience.
• 5+ years vendor management experience.
• 5+ years supporting Data Center projects.
• NFPA70E Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and detail orientation; able to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for safety and policy adherence on behalf of the Project Manager.
• Create Method of Procedures (MOP) and ensure vendors perform work according to the MOP.
• Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager to escalate deviations and safety incidents.
• Coordinate project schedules.
• Document weekly status updates.
• Conduct morning briefings to review work and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and receive deliveries.
