Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Mechanical Facilities Technician lead for an onsite role in Saline, Michigan. You will manage a team responsible for maintenance and uptime of mission-critical cooling infrastructure, including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and associated controls.

The role requires 3–5+ years in HVAC/critical facilities and a track record of improving maintenance quality, safety, and response times. Relocation support may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of large-scale cooling infrastructure.
• Leadership of technicians and service teams in uptime-critical environments.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite mechanical facilities technician team for maintenance, troubleshooting, and service execution of mission-critical cooling systems.
• Directly manage Mechanical Facilities Technicians including priority setting and development.
• Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for mechanical systems.
• Oversee maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, towers, piping, and controls.
• Manage vendors and internal teams, enforce SLAs and safety practices.
• Track system health, reliability, energy performance, and service metrics.
