Job summary

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a high‑volume data center program in Austin. Lead on-site execution, enforce GMP, manage budgets and schedules, and drive commissioning readiness across a 60 MW campus within an ~85 MW regional pipeline.

The role requires heavy field leadership, OSHA 30, and PMP/CCM credentials as assets, with experience in CMAR/GMP projects and critical-path control.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required; PMP/CCM a plus.
• Experience leading ground-up data center or mission-critical delivery as Owner’s Rep or CM on GMP/CMAR projects.
• Strong on-site leadership with GMP accountability and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-site execution, enforce GMP, manage schedule and PCOs.
• Master site budget, cash flow forecasts, and audit pay apps.
• Chair OAC and commissioning readiness meetings; ensure zero-incident safety culture.
