Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead onsite execution for a major Michigan data center project. You will coordinate with colocation providers, general contractors, and design teams to keep critical milestones on track and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires extensive field leadership, risk management, and strong communication skills to drive turn-key delivery within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in construction project management or closely related fields.
• Experience with complex multi-stakeholder projects and large-scale data center infrastructure is preferred.
• Onsite full-time work in Saline, MI is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities with colocation providers, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate across design, commissioning, turnover, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
