Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Manager to provide expert oversight and technical leadership for constructing data centers performed by colocation providers. This IC5 role focuses on schedule, quality, and design alignment through hands-on experience and strategic coordination.

The ideal candidate has 6 to 10+ years in data center construction and project management, with proven ability to manage complex external partnerships and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with data center construction and project management.
• Experience leading construction by colocation providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules coordinating with providers.
• Assess and mitigate project risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out with base building designs and schedules.
• Ensure design plans are adhered to and facilitate design coordination with engineers.
