Qualifications

• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with color-coded wiring.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull, dress, and label cabling according to TIA/EIA standards.
• Assist in labeling and cable identification.
• Support cable testing using basic tools under supervision.

Skills

Experience testing equipment/cabling

Basic understanding of RJ45 terminations and punch-downs

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Education

High school diploma or GED

OSHA 10 certification (required within first 2 weeks)
