Job summary

DKKD Staffing is seeking a Data Analyst (IT/ Business Analyst) for a 100% onsite role in Valencia, CA. The position focuses on developing data-driven models, extracting data, and delivering dashboards to improve cash collection and Accounts Receivable performance.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel expertise (VBA, complex formulas), experience with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings to business stakeholders. Local residency is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Finance, CS or equivalent
• 3-5 years of data analysis and reporting experience
• Strong Excel proficiency, including advanced formulas and VBA
• Experience with SQL/AS400 or similar data queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain advanced data models and dashboards
• Extract data using queries from AS/400 or SQL systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational performance
• Prepare customized reports for internal/external stakeholders
• Highlight trends and operational results in management reports
• Support implementation of new software solutions and dashboards
• Manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Assist in creating company dashboards and ad-hoc analyses
• Participate in special projects aligned with business objectives
