Orion180 Insurance Services LLC is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead in Draper, Utah. The role oversees the CS team, mentors staff, and ensures top-tier, empathetic service across phone, chat, and email channels.

You will monitor performance metrics, assist with onboarding, and lead by example to uphold Orion180’s values of innovation and world-class support. On-site; strong focus on coaching and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service (phone or in-person). Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Licensing: Customer Service Representative (4-40) preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Monitor daily performance, provide real-time feedback, and conduct 1:1s.
• Onboard and train new team members; escalate complex issues.
