• 5+ years of experience in Cultureware Production and Facilities Operations within a regulated manufacturing or biotech environment.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Cultureware Production operations and define production schedules.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and maintenance of production machinery.
• Train, mentor, and support staff for efficient operations.
• Manage facility systems compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
• Coordinate laboratory space buildout to meet company objectives.
