Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital seeks a CT Technologist to provide computed tomography imaging in compliance with scope and organizational standards. Onsite role with dayshift schedule, 72 hours per pay period, in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Responsibilities include patient education, contrast administration, equipment preparation, imaging parameter selection, safety and quality control, image analysis, and accurate report transmission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registry eligible; must complete CT registry within 12 months per ARRT.
• BLS/CPR by AHA or Red Cross; card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about procedures and equipment.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope.
• Prepare equipment, set exposure factors and imaging parameters; ensure safety and perform QC.
• Analyze results; address image quality issues; report scan results; may perform 3-D post processing.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting to ensure patient care and imaging quality.
