Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products seeks a Credit & Resolutions Supervisor to lead the team responsible for credit risk, AR, collections, claims, and customer resolution activities. Based onsite at our Medina, OH headquarters, you will coach, develop, and engage the team to deliver timely, accurate resolutions and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.

You will partner with Credit Analysts and Resolutions Specialist on training, processes, and escalation handling, ensuring rigorous controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, customer resolutions, claims, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, development, and day-to-day employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Credit and Resolutions team with clear expectations, feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee training, onboarding, cross-training, and knowledge sharing in partnership with the Credit Analyst and Resolutions Specialist.
• Manage day-to-day people responsibilities including performance reviews, attendance, and scheduling.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of team members.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Credit and Resolutions function, including prioritization and coverage.
• Provide oversight for complex or escalated credit, collections, and product claim matters.
• Oversee credit risk, limits, account exposure, delinquent accounts, and high-risk decisions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collections activity, identifying risk and driving actions to improve performance.
• Oversee resolution of customer disputes, deductions, and payment discrepancies.
• Review and approve account adjustments, credits, replacements, settlements within authority.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Quality, Operations and others to resolve complex matters.
• Identify recurring defects, concerns and trends; address root causes and improve processes.
• Establish and reinforce consistent Credit and Resolutions procedures and controls.
• Monitor performance via metrics related to AR, collections, claims and timelines.
• Escalate significant risks to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
