Reporting to the Production Design Manager, you will develop layouts, finalize files for prepress, and support asset management across channels. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors, delivering production-ready files on schedule and staying current with design trends and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of design and production experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready files.
• Experience with prepress, packaging design, and digital asset creation.
• Illustration experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and edit print materials and assets, including packaging and displays.
• Produce digital assets for eCommerce content and online panels.
• Prepare prepress files for production with accuracy and brand adherence.
• Review proofs, mockups, and vendor renderings for quality control.
• Create product renderings as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors under guidance.
• Submit drafts for feedback and revisions to the Production Design Manager.
• Maintain open communication about changes or delays.
