The role emphasizes patient recruitment, regulatory documentation, and coordination of visits, with hourly pay and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior CRC experience required (1+ year; 2+ years preferred).
• Experience coordinating clinical trials and maintaining regulatory docs.
• Knowledge of GCP guidelines, FDA regs, and procedures.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage studies from initiation to completion.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule study participants.
• Collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and teams for study execution.
• Maintain study docs, regulatory records, and EDC data.
• Perform study procedures like vitals, ECGs, and specimen collection.
• Coordinate lab specimen collection, processing, and shipping.
• Monitor safety and ensure GCP/FDA compliance.
• Assist sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
