Tekton Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator/Pediatric Phlebotomist for full-time, onsite work in Richmond, VA. The CRC will coordinate trials, recruit and consent participants, and perform pediatric phlebotomy from newborns to age 17 while ensuring safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience with GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule participants per protocol requirements.
Perform pediatric and adult phlebotomy from birth through 17 years old with age-appropriate care.
Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol and sponsor requirements.
Maintain source documentation, regulatory binders, and study records per GCP and FDA policies.
Monitor participant safety and report adverse events promptly.
Prepare IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and protocol amendments.
Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and staff to ensure study conduct.
Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
Utilize EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate study data.
Ensure protocol compliance while upholding participant safety and research integrity.
