You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure accurate product costing and robust financial controls. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and driving cost improvements across manufacturing and product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with inventory accounting and standard costing.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve costing processes and reporting.
• Develop and analyze standard product costs; perform cost roll-ups for products.
• Monitor inventory costing and valuation, analyze variances and propose actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-related financial analyses.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure internal controls and audits support.
