Job summary

Copiers Northwest is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain copiers and printers in the Seattle area. This role offers hands-on training, manufacturer certifications, and company-provided tools to support a long-term career.

You will work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. Competitive hourly pay and a path for professional growth are provided along with benefits and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues.
• Deliver professional, reliable onsite customer service.
• Manage assigned service calls and daily routes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and parts inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and service management.
