Wisteria is hiring a Controller to support operations by gathering and consolidating financial information and leading the accounting team at the Woodland Hills campus.

The role interfaces with residents and staff, manages master trust activity, and aids in budgeting, payroll, and audits. Located in California, this full-time onsite position offers a strong compensation package with 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
• Minimum three years hands-on experience with G/L, A/P, A/R, Payroll, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting team leadership and advise department directors.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow, and financial analyses.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, families, and owners on financial issues.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reports, and master trust activities.
• Learn Prophix budgeting and oversee billing and payroll processes.
