Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage on-site development for projects in Northern California. You will oversee day-to-day progress, coordinate with operations, development, and engineering teams, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to roll up your sleeves, and willingness to travel to project sites. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; OR Journeyman license; OR Contractor’s license.
• 5+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficient in Procore and MS Office tools including MS Project.
• Willing to travel to assigned project sites; extended travel may be required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site project development from demo to startup.
• Ensure safety practices and quality control on site.
• Coordinate with operations, business development, and engineering teams.
• Prepare daily reports and manage subcontractor schedules.
• Walk site daily to enforce safety and quality on site.
