Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision on commercial projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to develop short-term schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Proven safety leadership and incident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision of construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule.
• Lead jobsite safety and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract docs for design intent.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues.
• Develop short-term construction schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate MEP trades with architectural and structural scopes.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress.
• Oversee site logistics and ensure orderly site.
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, turnover, closeout.
