ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics is seeking a Construction Planner and Scheduler for an onsite role at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Beltsville, MD. The Scheduler will translate engineering drawings and contracts into a chronological action plan and ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include building detailed baselines, managing the critical path, and providing weekly progress updates and dashboards for senior leadership. Requires 12–15 years of experience and a CM degree.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 12–15 years of direct scheduling experience on large-scale builds.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Development: Build baseline schedules from data, sub input, and specs.
• Critical Path Management: Monitor daily to spot activities affecting completion date.
• Progress Updating: Collect field data weekly to update start/finish and durations.
• Delay Analysis: Conduct forensic schedule analysis and evaluate TIEs for changes.
• Reporting: Create dashboard reports and look-ahead schedules for owners and leadership.
