Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-use facility projects for a large financial client on the Cincinnati campus. They will manage projects from initiation through completion and will be onsite three days a week.

Work involves planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout, and direct client collaboration to define scope, budgets, and milestones. Strong communication and governance are essential to deliver quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Kahua or similar PM software and D365 or ERP platforms.
• Organizational skills with an analytical mindset; ability to manage complex data and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to define scope, resources, budgets, work plans, milestones, quality, and risk.
• Develop procurement plans, issue RFPs, evaluate bids, and select resources for client projects.
• Ensure governance, data integrity, and timely project documentation aligned with client needs.
• Lead the project delivery team, set objectives, monitor progress, and report variances.
