Job summary

Kempsville Building is seeking an on-site Project Supervisor to oversee installation, repair, and remodeling work handled by Installers and subcontractors. A strong focus on customer service and adherence to building codes will be essential in NE Ohio service areas.

The candidate should have project management or on-site experience in building materials/construction, with solid math, communication, and problem-solving abilities, to ensure timely and quality installations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing installations in building materials/construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating on-site with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates installed services.
• Analyzes job sites with subcontractors before starting a job.
• Interprets plans to ensure quality installation.
• Oversees subcontractors to keep schedules and complete jobs on contract.
• Provides project status and communicates issues to Installed Sales Manager.
