Job summary

Springtide Project Services, a division of IPS, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for our project site in Santa Clara, California. The role provides technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.

The position is a full-time onsite role with 25% travel. You will coordinate execution plans, manage documents, support procurement and change management, and participate in safety and QA activities while tracking costs and turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in Construction Project Delivery, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
• Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
