Qualifications

• Experience in self-storage construction is a plus.
• Certifications in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
