Job summary

Greyhaven Homes in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead custom residential projects on-site from planning through completion.

You will coordinate schedules, supervise field teams, manage subcontractors, obtain permits, ensure safety, and maintain quality in line with Greyhaven Homes’ standards and local codes. A driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in residential construction project management.
• Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control.
• Knowledge of local building codes in San Antonio.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion.
• Manage construction team.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors.
• Obtain all permits and order required building materials.
• Maintain a safe and healthy jobsite.
• Oversee customer care work.
• Schedule and complete required building inspections.
• Collaborate with sales team to create a smooth buying process for homebuyers.
• Conduct pre-settlement inspections with homeowners.
• All other duties as assigned.
