Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in Minnesota communities, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. This role requires onsite attendance five days a week in the Woodbury & Rogers areas.

You will supervise trade partners, review drawings, manage schedules, and maintain safety and customer satisfaction throughout the building process. Strong collaboration with sales and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities.
• Review and modify construction drawings to resolve plan conflicts.
• Update project schedules to reflect changes and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure each home finishes on schedule and safety/compliance is met.
• Maintain customer experience through regular updates and issue resolution.
• Interact with Sales to manage community performance and customer activities.
• Conduct daily site inspections for safety and code compliance.
• Authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor as needed.
• Inspect trade work and authorize payments when standards are met.
• Collaborate with Product Development/Procurement on plan quality and budget.
