Job summary

A leading construction company located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, seeks a Superintendent to supervise trade contractors on projects valued up to $30M. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with 4-8 years of relevant experience. You will direct daily coordination of trade partners, ensure high-quality work, and maintain project schedules. This role offers significant career growth and extensive training opportunities. Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience on $15-$30 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade partners and their sub-contractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate work plans regarding field changes.
• Act as primary safety representative in the field.
• Lead contractor meetings and maintain daily reports.
