Formación

• 0-5 years of experience in the construction field or related field in a similar role.
• Understands building plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards and enforcement.
• OSHA 30 Required.

Responsabilidades

• Help administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Provides technical assistance on the project.
• Manage select self-perform operations and subcontractor operations.
• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with daily tasks.
• Understand the project schedule and the critical path.
• Participate in quality programs and inspections.
• Interface with client representatives and contractors.
• Participate in business development efforts.
• Develop skills required to become a Superintendent.
