Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to work onsite in Kingman, AZ. The Laborer assists journeyman trades with highway construction, earthwork, demolition, and site preparation, using hand and power tools and carrying materials up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities include assisting with asphalt paving, concrete placement, form work, and traffic control along with frequent travel to project sites and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to understand and follow traffic control plans and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills with drivers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of road construction safety practices and traffic laws.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman trades with highway and roadway construction and demolition.
• Perform site prep, earthwork, trenching, and debris removal.
• Handle and carry materials up to 60 lbs; climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and handheld equipment (jackhammer, tamper).
• Support asphalt paving, concrete placement, and form work.
• Help with traffic control setup and safety procedures.
• Travel frequently to various project sites and work flexible hours.
