Job summary

Amentum seeks a Laborer to perform on-site duties at the NASA Johnson Space Center. You will execute labor tasks under supervision, assist various crafts, and maintain safe, clean work areas in a high-security government site.

Responsibilities include tool-based excavation work, concrete/block laying, and operating sump pumps and generators. Must have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to communicate in English, with US citizenship and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must pass respirator physical and wear a respirator.
• Able to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools for Excavations
• Work with laying concrete and blockwork
• Provide help for other crafts
• Clean work areas of debris
• Use sump pumps and generators
