Qualifications

• All-around knowledge of materials and practices in construction.
• Familiarity with OSHA Construction Industry Safety Regulations.
• Ability to work proficiently with hand and power tools.
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment for daily duties.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues logically and interpersonally.
• Ability to participate in group meetings and take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction projects.
• Work long hours in various conditions to support project completion.
• Follow project plans and instructions from Foreman/Superintendent.
• Assist Foreman and Superintendent with daily tasks.
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Handle and store materials safely.
• Load, unload, haul, and hoist materials.
• Operate air, electric, and pneumatic hand tools.
• Keep the job site clean and safe by removing debris daily.
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety meetings.
