Brice Construction & Design LLC is seeking a Laborer to perform on-site tasks in Houston, TX. You will support daily operations, prepare sites, move materials, and assist skilled trades with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires the ability to work in strenuous conditions, follow Foreman instructions, and maintain a clean job site. Prior labor experience and OSHA familiarity are preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to pass drug, driving (if applicable), and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor on construction projects.
• Follow project plans and instructions from Foreman/Superintendent.
• Assist craftsmen and perform material handling and storage.
• Load, unload, haul, and hoist materials; operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and comply with safety meetings.
