Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform construction site duties in planning and overseeing construction projects.
• Track quantities and develop reports for cost versus budget.
• Manage the flow of technical information between customer and company.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and payments.
• Conduct job site quality control and inspections.
• Assist with interpretation of design documents and construction drawings.
