Job summary

Cascade Process Controls is seeking a Construction Division Manager - Onsite for our South and East Texas Division to oversee construction, instrumentation, electrical, and process controls operations.

The role manages field and shop activities, project execution, workforce development, and customer relationships while promoting safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence. Midland/Odessa area relocation is considered to support growth and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school or associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety courses up to date; ensure field tasks are coordinated with supervisor.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor and field personnel on work tasks and policies.
• Develop job costing and scope of work; learn procedures to complete tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate manpower; ensure timesheets and tickets are accurate and submitted.
• Coordinate materials with office and field personnel; track changes and returns.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Address delays and emergencies to mitigate impact; delegate work based on skills.
