Coalfield Development Corporation seeks a Highwall Revitalize Crew Chief to lead WRAPS Trainees and Crew Members, supervise on-site construction activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. You will coordinate training, mentoring, and project execution while working with a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, blueprints literacy, and strong communication to optimize schedules, resources, and outcomes across sites in West Virginia.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three plus years in construction with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and coordination abilities.
