Insight Global is seeking 2 Construction Installation Engineers in Lake Orion & Warren, Michigan for onsite work 5 days a week. The role involves start-of-shift meetings, whiteboard reviews, red tag events and hand-off discussions.

During shutdowns, expect heavier overtime at plant locations. The engineer develops requirements, aids purchasing in bids, and manages pre-mobilization and installation execution across ME Centers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management, safety, or conveyor projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and AutoDesk required.
• Ability to lead groups and present effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-of-shift meetings and whiteboard reviews.
• Manage heavier overtime during plant shutdowns.
• Develop statements of requirements; assist purchasing in bids/awards.
• Execute pre-mobilization processes and manage installation of equipment and conveyors.
• Oversee installation activities across ME Centers.
