Responsibilities include monthly reconciliations, journal entries, inventory verification, and production of financial statements. Collaboration with leadership drives growth in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full cycle accounting in a construction or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
• Experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting.
• Proactive leader and team player in a small office.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Manage daily AR tasks and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end journal entries.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Oversee AP/AR processes and collections.
• Forecast weekly AP/AR to support cash flow.
• Prepare project invoices and milestone billing.
• Support insurance and employee benefits administration.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to grow the business.
