Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Construction Automation Specialist to support the day-to-day operation, setup, and maintenance of Construction Automation systems on an active construction project in New Albany, Ohio. This role provides hands-on support for digital tools, workflows, and field-related technology used by construction, project controls, ES&H, commissioning, and other project teams.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on major capital EPC projects in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, battery, data center, or other industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with construction and project delivery platforms such as TEAMWorks, SetRoute, Unifier, Procore, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support TEAMWorks and related project applications.
• Coordinate collection, validation, maintenance, and reporting of construction and engineering data.
• Support systemization, work packaging, turnover management, commissioning, and project progress reporting activities.
• Monitor data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.
• Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and progress tracking tools to support project execution and management decision-making.
• Support integrations and interfaces between TEAMWorks and other project systems as required.
