Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience in configuration management or similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to follow processes and manage priorities.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review release packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Process the release and revision of drawings, parts lists, specs, procedures.
• Verify document numbers, revisions, titles, and change records before release.
• Maintain documents, records, and release histories in repositories.
• Track engineering requests and release-related actions.
• Assist with ECOs and ECRs and other documentation.
• Enter data in PLM/ERP and document management systems.
• Support status accounting, audits, and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate with originators to resolve data gaps.
