Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with zero to two years of related experience; or four years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented processes and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and compare detailed information across multiple documents and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering release packages for completeness and compliance with procedures.
• Process release and revision of drawings, parts lists, specifications, procedures, and other documents.
• Verify document numbers, revisions, titles, approvals, and change descriptions before release.
• Maintain engineering documents, configuration records, and release histories in repositories and systems.
• Facilitate and track engineering requests, including assignments and release-related support.
• Assist with ECOs and ECRs and other configuration change documentation.
• Enter and maintain data in PLM/ERP and document management systems.
• Coordinate with originators to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Support configuration status accounting, audits, and records requests.
• Assist with baseline identification, verification, and data reconciliation.
